Testimony Continued :

In January 2001 I attended the Yokota Church of God , where I was appointed the Singles Pastor, I received my Ministerial Credentials from the Church Of God and  I was commissioned and sent forth to start a church in Yokosuka. 

As I started a bible study with plans to eventually start a church.  I was approached by the Command Chaplain in Yokosuka to start a Sunday night Charismatic service.  So in May of 2001 I started the Yokosuka Church of God Christian Servicemen's' Center,.  At the same time I started the Chapel of Hope Charismatic Service.  This was truly amazing because just a few months before, this kind of service would not have been possible, I am a Pentecostal preacher in a base that is mostly Evangelical and Catholic being approached and recruited to have a Charismatic service on base, by the Catholic Chaplain, in the main sanctuary that holds over 500 people.  This was God at work!  I had the help of my Assistant Pastor David Hernandez while I was deployed.  Thank you David you were a Godsend.

In December of 2001 I received orders to Ft. Meade, Md.   I felt that I needed to move on, that God was preparing me for a new assignment.   While I loved Japan and I really did not want to leave, I obeyed the Lord and I turned the services over  to  Rev. Johnathan  and Wynette Guy,  the Pastors of the Yokosuka Bride of Christ Ministries, the bible study group on the USS Blue Ridge which had now grown into a thriving service and outgrew the ship.  During this time I received a word from my Bishop that I am a "Ambassador at large" and the world is my church.   This word confirmed what God had told me years earlier.

In May of 2002,  I had the awesome privilege of hosting the Evangelist Denise Matthews on her visit to Yokosuka, she is the actress and singer formally know in the 1980's as "Vanity".  She had an awesome testimony and the alters were packed with people wanting a touch of God, and He did not disappoint.  It was a blessing from the Lord. 

From June 2002 till December 2002, I served with the Church of God's Ministry to the Military, as  the Far East and US Evangelist. I really enjoyed this as I was able to preach in San Angelo, Texas which was a blessing.  In December 2002 I came on staff with New Life Ministries in Odenton, Maryland, under Bishop Don Fulton as an Associate Pastor, I served as the Cyber Evangelism Pastor and Pastor over the Photography Ministry and the Asst. Evangelism and Asst. Young Adult Pastor.  In September of 2005 New Life Ministries became Ark Ministries, "Your place of safety".

 In July 2007, the Lord told me to go forth, so I went forth.  In September 2007 I was asked to join the pastoral staff of City of Refuge Ministries in Cumberland, MD as an Associate Pastor under the leadership of Pastor Matthew Ellis Sr. In February 2010 I was Ordainded a Bishop.

Stand by the best is yet to come!

 Remember that Jesus said, "I am the way the truth and the life. No man cometh unto the Father but by me".  This means that no man, not Buddha, nor Allah, not your good works can get you to Heaven.  No philosophy or another religion can either.  I know that this is difficult to understand but let's look at this, what is Jesus saying?  He is saying simply that HE is the only way to heaven. I can see you saying "How narrow minded and judgmental. Who do you think you are saying that there is only one way to God", but it is the truth!!!   Please look it up if you do not believe me. It is in the bible.

Two thousand years ago, God came to the Earth as a man in order to pay the ultimate price for his prodigal children.  That is you and I, Jesus Christ was that man that paid the price, the debt is paid. All you have to do is learn your ABC's.  I am speaking of the ABC's of salvation. A-Accept that Jesus paid the price for your sins and he loves you. B-Believe that Jesus died for you and was raised from the dead 3 days later and that your sins are washed away by his blood, if you C-Confess your sins to Jesus and ask him to forgive them that he is faithful and just to forgive our sins. Finally if you confess Jesus as your Lord, he will confess you before the Father in Heaven.  That is it, no magic formula or anything else just obey Jesus.

Please pray this prayer. Dear Jesus, I realize that I am lost without you. I admit that I am guilty and I have sinned, and that I need a savior. I accept your sacrifice for my sins. I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that you are the Son of God, that you came to Earth, was crucified and died for me. You conquered Death, Hell, and the Grave, and you live forevermore. That your blood washes away all of my sins and my shame. Forgive me Jesus, wash me, cleanse me and come in my heart and change me, make me a new creature in Christ as your word says. In Jesus name. Amen...

If  you prayed this and you truly accepted Christ then you are a child of God, a new creature, then you need to do a few things.  1.  Get the sin out of your life, get rid of any thing that reminds you of the hold that the enemy had on you, or gives him an opening.  2. Tell someone!  Jesus said that if you confess me before men I will confess you to the Father, this also tells the devil that you are serious and will not turn back.  3  Get involved in a local church, find one that preaches the Word of God and not a watered down version.  4.  Get baptized, this is a outward representation of a inward act.  I want to emphasize that this has NOTHING to do with salvation, but this is a commandment of Christ and a ordnance of the Church. 5.  Read your bible! This is a must, you must feed yourself so you will not starve and that you will grow in the faith and not become weak.
